Who is behind it?
Cercle Events & Experiences
We are Jordina and Alba, the founders of Cercle Events & Experiences. Two sisters who have turned our connection and passion for events into a shared project.
We live between Reus and Barcelona, and we work both for clients and in creating our own events, with the aim of generating memorable experiences.

What type of events do you organize and for whom?
We organize events of any size, for both companies, sports organizations, and individuals. We adapt to each project based on its goals and the experience that is intended to be created.
Can you take care of the entire organization even if we only have an initial idea?
Yes. We offer full event management, from conceptualization to final execution. We listen to your idea and help you shape it, structure it, and give it meaning.
Are the events personalized and adapted to the budget?
Yes. All our events are tailor-made. We work with different budgets, always prioritizing the solutions that bring the most value to the project.
Do you collaborate with local suppliers?
Whenever possible, yes. We aim to work with local professionals and suppliers to strengthen the impact on the territory.
Are you present on the day of the event?
Yes, whenever the event requires our presence. We take care of on-site coordination and supervision to ensure everything goes as planned.
Where do you organize events and how far in advance should you contact you?
We currently work mainly in the Tarragonès area and in the city of Barcelona, although we adapt to other locations. We recommend contacting us as early as possible, but we also manage projects with tight timelines if the format allows it.

Yes. We create and promote our own events with the aim of revitalizing cities and bringing experiences closer to the public. You can see some examples on our social media.
